Monday Meditation - Third Chakra: Solar Plexus

I am going to continue with posting the regularly scheduled 3rd chakra meditation, especially as this particular one has significance for me.

The third chakra, "Manipura" or 'lustrous gem', is located in the solar plexus area (between the navel and the heart). This chakra radiates the color yellow, and is associated with issues of personal will and power, self-esteem and energy. The strength of this chakra is reflected in how we project the essence of our being into the world, how we stand in our power with grace and ease.

Affirmation: May I be able to honor myself, be who I am in the world, and express that power without fear.

Enjoy.
